How long will it take to process my order?

1-3 business days! I strive to have your new quilt in your hands as soon as possible so you can snuggle it as soon as possible.

How is my order shipped?

Through Canada Post or USPS! Please note that duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Where do you ship to?

I have Canada and US shipping options available, but if you are interested in shipping elsewhere, please feel free to send me a message through my contact form and we can figure it out!

What is your return/exchange policy?

All sales are final. If something arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the package.

How do I take care of my quilt?

Machine wash cold. Tumble low or lay flat to dry. I pre-wash all quilts.
